The job:The Customer Engagement Manager (CEM) oversees all our field activities in the clinics/hospitals of middle and north regions of Sweden. This includes i.e. planning and implementation of visits, remote meetings, events and projects within the clinic/hospital. The role will include both scientific communication and education i.e. introducing new products/new indications and commercial collaboration.
The CEM builds a strong business partnership with the corporate as well as the non-corporate companion animal and equine accounts in the territory by offering the highest level of scientific service, presence and commercial understanding.
The CEM is capable of and understands the importance of offering both scientific support as well as business development support in the shape of projects in the clinics/hospitals. Therefore, the CEM must possess both business acumen and interest, project management skills and medical knowledge to maximize service to and impact in the practices.
Profile:
- Commercial mindset understanding the business aspects of running a practice
- Knowledge of the companion animal and equine veterinary market
- Scientific understanding and knowledge of relevant therapy areas
- Personal drive and sense of urgency
- Ambitious and target oriented
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Team player, but able to self-manage
- Structured and data-driven
- Agile mindset, willing to try new ways of working
- Living in Stockholm area
The CEM reports to the Sales and Customer Engagement Lead.
