Job Description

  • Manage and improve Customer support for Quality, Technical & Warranty, Parts Inventory

  • Manage and Improve Aftersales Profitability and Customer Satisfaction
  • Develop & manage parts business for UD and Volvo trucks
  • Develop & manage soft product offering including Service agreement, Dynafleet, …
  • Soft product management such as Parts pricing, Campaign package, Standard package,
  • Discount matrix management, Annual buyback, Self-maintenance contract and etc
  • Monitor and manage all dealership profitability / Goodwill request
  • Monitor and manage the Service Agreement portfolio risk and profitability
  • Manage all documentation and administration in the aftermarket Market company level
  • Manage & support all reports generation from Volvo Systems such as LDS, SeMA, VIPs & etc
  • Develop & manage processes and all Volvo & UD systems
  • Support on Aftermarket AR in the Market Company
  • Business systems and drive processes development
  • Responsible to manage and generate Aftersales system related reports.
  • Resolving & supporting day to day Aftersales system issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop idea for synergies to use common systems for UD & Volvo.
  • Visualize business value for all internal system investments.
  • Responsible for update and follow-up of master plan for all Aftermarket systems.
  • Be part of Aftermarket team and support Process and IT function.
  • Co-ordinate with Volvo IT and ID/AA for any business process change in the system
  • Conduct training for new staff and periodic re-training/refresher programmes for staff.
  • Co-ordinate with UDIS, SEA for system development and system changes.
  • Support Business to plan, implement and troubleshoot business systems.
  • Support requests for sales data, KPI reports, analysis, verification, etc. from management
  • Liaise as key contact point between dealership with all BA/BUs on all aftermarket related issue
  • Key contact point for Aftermarket system plans and projects.
  • Comply to UDIS authorization policies and guidelines.
  • Any other duties assigned by your immediate superior.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Over 3 years of product management/ Aftermarket experiences within automotive industry, preferably in multinational companies.
  • Share common values with Code of Conduct, high ethical standards.
  • Strong human competences in taking initiatives, influencing, interacting, cost/benefit consciousness, fair judgement, people orientation, strong sense of confidentiality, result oriented, strong belief in customer focus, leadership profile.
  • Ability to manage and drive a wide range of diverse issues.
