Property Consultant [United Arab Emirates]


 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Consultant with a deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market to join our team. As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi, while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire transaction process. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Abu Dhabi, and a passion for delivering successful outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct extensive market research specific to the Abu Dhabi real estate market to identify potential properties for investment, sale, or rent.

Build and nurture a robust network of property owners, developers, and potential buyers or tenants in Abu Dhabi.

Guide clients through the entire process of buying, selling, or renting properties in Abu Dhabi, from initial inquiry to final closing.

Assess client needs and preferences to identify suitable properties in Abu Dhabi that meet their requirements and budget.

Conduct property viewings in Abu Dhabi and provide clients with detailed information on property features, advantages, and potential drawbacks.

Negotiate property prices and rental terms on behalf of clients in Abu Dhabi to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Prepare and present property proposals, contracts, and agreements in compliance with Abu Dhabi's legal regulations, ensuring clear understanding by clients.

Assist clients in Abu Dhabi with necessary paperwork, including legal and financial documentation specific to the region.

Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations in Abu Dhabi to provide accurate and valuable insights to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and finance, to promote properties in Abu Dhabi and ensure smooth transactions.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when interacting with clients and stakeholders in Abu Dhabi.

Achieve sales targets specific to the Abu Dhabi real estate market and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate sales role with a focus on the Abu Dhabi market.

In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including market trends, pricing, and legal regulations specific to the region.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients in Abu Dhabi.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure favorable deals for clients in the Abu Dhabi market.

Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in Abu Dhabi.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Valid UAE driving license (Its a must).

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic is a plus.
