- Promote our portfolio by visiting and building relationships with general practitioners and specialists
- Analyze the business to build and execute a strategy and action plans to meet sales goals for assigned territory
- Drive territory sales performance, market share, sales force effectiveness
- Optimal utilization of resource (events & sponsorships)
- Develop effective professional business relationships with customers that support delivery of business results across a range of therapeutic areas.
- Differentiate Sandoz as a leader in generic medicines by visiting GPs and specialists
- Understand and highlight trends, share insights, study and watch competition
- As a part of the regional strategy, set-up events & sponsorships following compliance rules

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business or related field
- Sales experience in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
- Proven record of good performance, self-motivated, result-oriented, flexible, team player and service-mind
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with excellent communication
- Analytical. Excel knowledge. Quick understanding of software/CRM programs.
