  • Promote our portfolio by visiting and building relationships with general practitioners and specialists
  • Analyze the business to build and execute a strategy and action plans to meet sales goals for assigned territory
  • Drive territory sales performance, market share, sales force effectiveness
  • Optimal utilization of resource (events & sponsorships)
  • Develop effective professional business relationships with customers that support delivery of business results across a range of therapeutic areas.
  • Differentiate Sandoz as a leader in generic medicines by visiting GPs and specialists
  • Understand and highlight trends, share insights, study and watch competition
  • As a part of the regional strategy, set-up events & sponsorships following compliance rules

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business or related field
  • Sales experience in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
  • Proven record of good performance, self-motivated, result-oriented, flexible, team player and service-mind
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with excellent communication
  • Analytical. Excel knowledge. Quick understanding of software/CRM programs.
  • Dutch and English
