We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer

Principal responsibilities
- Deploy and configure approved security vendor applications in different regions
- Maintain application and infrastructure sustainability through vendor support life-cycles, patching and version updates
- Provide technical consultancy in response to capital development such as new site development or refurbishments
- Provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service, as directed by leadership of the DevOps team
- Participate in the planning, testing and deployment of new systems enhancements, and facilitate system recoveries following major system or software related failures.
- Liaise with Project Manager/Project Lead and other stakeholders to get rid of blockers during the development and testing stages on the project, with efficient project status update.
- Ensure service deployed according to Cyber Security and Service Continuity standard
- Degree Holder in Computer Science or a related field
- Should have been into coding, designing for nearly 1 year.
- Should have at least 1+ year of hand-on experience in Support and service management related activities (Change Management and Incident Management).
- Have solid experience on infrastructure or evergreen project (e.g. environment setup, server upgrade, server patching, system fine tune).
- Have solid knowledge on Windows/MSSQL/Linux OS with web service and API test/support.
- Experience in SQL Server High availability technologies like Clustering, Mirroring, Replication, Log shipping
- Strong analytical investigation, problem solving skills
- Sound communication skills with good command of spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated and independent personality with the ability to function effectively in a team
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
What additional skills will be good to have?
- Knowledge in Cloud Technology is an advantage
