What you'll get to do
Give a warm welcome to visitors and make them feel at home.
Handle external vendors, office purchases, and deliveries.
Team up with HR, Accounting, and other leaders to tackle onboarding tasks, office planning, and all-around event awesomeness (you're the ultimate team player!)
Get ready to put your event planning hat on because you'll be organizing internal events and fikas for special occasions.
Keep our office space tidy and constantly improving (you've got an eye for detail!)
Be the superhero of the phone, taking and redirecting calls from our front desk (hello, multitasking extraordinaire!)
Skills & Requirements
You have experience in the service industry and, preferably, +2 years in a similar role
Self-organization and proactivity are your middle names
Planning and executing tasks is second nature to you, and you handle unexpected surprises with ease (no challenge can throw you off!)
Your positive attitude and infectious energy make guests and employees feel instantly welcomed (you're the ray of sunshine we need!)
Event planning is your jam, and you thrive on creating memorable experiences for people (party planning guru alert!)
Fluency in both Swedish and English is a must (we want you to be able to chat with everyone and make all feel included!)
